Who We Are
We are two moms who are striving to keep ourselves and our families as healthy as possible! We want to share information we have gathered from lots of different sources that we have found helpful, particularly in keeping ourselves and our children healthy (during pregnancy and after too). Please contact us if you have any questions or if you would like more information!
We look forward to hearing from you!
All the best for you and your children!
Melissa Guzik & Meaghan Sheehan
Melissa Guzik
Melissa is married and has a 3 year old daughter and a 6 month old son. During both pregnancies, Melissa benefited from the care of midwives and nurses, and is very thankful for the experience she had.
In 2004, Melissa graduated with a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University. Since then, Melissa has worked with families and teenagers until she decided to stay at home with her daughter.
Melissa believes that it is important for moms to take care of themselves all the time and is passionate about seeing moms stay healthy during and after pregnancy. Melissa enjoys biking, swimming, hiking, and just having fun with her family!

Meaghan Sheehan
For Meaghan, nutrition has always played a key role in her life. She played basketball competitively through out school and still continues to play recreationally. In university, Meaghan studied in the Education faculty and majored in History and minored in Physical Education. Through her Phys. Ed courses, her appreciation for nutrition grew but it was not until she had children that she developed a deeper understanding of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Meaghan is married with three children. After having two of them only eleven months apart, she realized how difficult it is to look after her own health and that of her family. She is passionate about families striving to live a healthy lifestyle. Meaghan strongly believes in staying active. She loves all sports, hiking in the mountains, and camping with her family. Meaghan also realizes that nutritional supplementation is just as important to a healthy lifestyle as being active and encourages all women to take care of themselves before, during, and after pregnancy.
